Who is it for?
Senior leaders, lead practitioners and outstanding practitioners who are responsible for supporting colleagues to improve their teaching from a grade3/4 to a 2 within a 3-6 week cycle.
This course will provide participants with the structure of a support programme to move teaching forward, a bank of strategies to be employed and exemplar documentation. In particular it will consider:
- How the programme fits into the Appraisal Process
- Roles and responsibilities within the programme
- Structure of the Programme
- Strategies to improve teaching
- Exemplar documentation
