The SJP Teaching School Alliance covers the North West region. We are a growing alliance of schools whose collaborative and effective partnership is underpinned by our commitment to constantly improve outcomes for all of our children.Our vision and aim is very simple: to promote excellence through our alliance and beyond, ensuring outstanding outcomes and life chances for all children through the delivery of the 'big six'. We aim to:

• help train new entrants into the profession
• lead professional and leadership development 
• identify and develop leadership potential
• provide support for other schools
• designate and broker Specialist Leaders of Education
• develop a reflective practioner model.
