This course will demonstrate the importance of the use of accurate and regularly reported current cumulative data in identifying cohorts for intervention. This will be demonstrated via the SJP KS3 Additional Intervention model and the KS4 Totem Pole model.

The construction of personalised profiles based on prior performance and identification of areas of weakness will be shared including the use of personalised revision plans to facilitate individual progress. Case studies of successful outcomes will also be discussed.
